Unfortunately, we have not been immune to the supply chain issues and delays effecting many industries and companies. Our bakery is backed up and we apologize for this delay and inconvenience.
The current schedule is that the cookies will be produced the week of 10/19. Then, we should be restocked and shipping out product right before Halloween.
Not perfect by any means and we’re actively looking to improve our production reliability and capacity. We’re confident we’ll get back to less frowning customers as above and more smiling, jumping for joy ones, as is the norm!
We’ll be sending out a general email newsletter by the end of the week to reconfirm our timeline and other notes.
In the meantime, we are always here to review and discuss any issues or concerns you may have.
